| EXTENTION: DAY 1 |
|
Nairobi – Zanzibar
After lunch at the famous Carnivore Restaurant, you are transferred to the airport for your flight to Zanzibar. You are then transferred to your hotel in Stone Town, the heart of Zanzibar. Stone Town is a living time capsule of ancient East Africa. The area is composed of narrow, winding lanes and unique stone houses. Each house is adorned with magnificent, carved teak doors with brass studs and knockers.
Known as the Spice Island because of its long-standing clove industry, Zanzibar still conjures up images of dhows, lateen sails set against a red dawn sky, whitewashed Arab houses, tall palm trees and the mixed aroma of frangipani and cloves.

| EXTENTION: DAY 2 & 3 |

Zanzibar
Join in a Spice Tour to some wonderful gardens and farms around the island containing exotic and endemic spice and fruit trees. Taste a variety of fruit, including rose apple, guava, carambola and tamarind. Savor different spices in their most aromatic state: cloves, cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg, vanilla, black pepper, and many others.

|
Day room in the hotel. Afternoon transfer to the airport. Fly to Nairobi to connect with your overnight flight to Europe.
